Pattern making
Every style starts as a graded pattern set, locked against your size chart. A fit sample is stitched and approved before grading is finalised for bulk.
Cutting
Computer-marked lay planning minimises fabric waste, and every ply is checked for shade consistency before it reaches the cutting table.
Sewing
Dedicated production lines per product category, each with an assigned line supervisor and in-line quality checkpoints every hour.
Printing
Screen printing, DTG and full sublimation, colour-matched to Pantone references with a wash-tested strike-off approved before bulk.
Embroidery
Logos are digitised in-house and stitched on multi-head machines, with a sew-out sample checked against the artwork before production.
Quality control & packing
AQL 2.5 inspection on measurements, stitching and finish, followed by size-wise sorting, polybagging and carton marking.
